10 Years of Agribusiness, Resilience, and Impact

10 Years of Agribusiness, Resilience, and Impact

Agribusiness was where the De Lune Corp story began.

Long before the company expanded into multiple sectors, its foundation was built around one mission: supporting American agriculture and helping move food where it is needed most.

Over the last decade, that mission has evolved into trusted partnerships across the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) ecosystem, including agencies such as the Agricultural Marketing Service (AMS), Foreign Agricultural Service (FAS), Farm Service Agency (FSA), and Food and Nutrition Service (FNS).

Through these partnerships, De Lune Corp has supported federal food procurement programs, school lunch initiatives, international food aid efforts, domestic commodity supply programs, and agricultural trade and export initiatives that positively impact farmers, producers, schools, and communities across America.

One of the defining moments in the company’s journey came during the COVID-19 pandemic, when De Lune Corp, as part of the Farmers to Families Food Box Program (FFFP), delivered eight million pounds of food to over 500,000 families across seven states while simultaneously supporting American farmers and producers facing collapsing supply chains and market uncertainty.

But the work did not stop there.

Over the years, De Lune Corp has stepped in to help agencies address critical food supply shortages, including sourcing commodities for school lunch programs during periods of national wheat and oat shortages. The company has also worked closely with producers across the country to help them enter the federal marketplace for the first time, guiding them through compliance requirements, procurement processes, and operational planning needed to successfully support USDA programs.

At the same time, De Lune Corp has continued strengthening America’s agricultural presence globally. Through USDA trade missions, international agribusiness engagement, and export operations spanning four continents, the company has worked to connect American producers with buyers abroad while helping strengthen market access for U.S.-grown products.

This work goes far beyond contracts or commodities. It is about supporting farmers and producers during uncertain times. Helping schools and communities access food. Strengthening supply chains when they are under pressure. And ensuring American agriculture remains resilient, competitive, and globally connected.

Because for De Lune Corp, agribusiness has never simply been business. It has always been about service: to producers, agencies, communities, and the people who depend on these systems every day.

As we celebrate 10 years, we remain deeply grateful to the USDA partners, producers, suppliers, and communities who have been part of this journey, and proud to continue supporting American agriculture in the years ahead.
