De Lune Corp has been recognized by the Washington Business Journal as one of Greater Washington’s 40 Top Performing Small Technology Companies, ranking #27 on the 2026 list.

Published annually, the list recognizes the leading small technology companies based on revenue, size (fewer than 150 employees), and being headquartered in the region. De Lune Corp’s inclusion in 2026 marks yet another year the company has been named among the region’s best-performing small technology companies, and comes in a milestone year for De Lune Corp, which celebrated its 10th anniversary in May 2026.

This year’s recognition comes at a time when the technology landscape surrounding the federal government is changing at extraordinary speed. Artificial intelligence has moved rapidly from an emerging capability to an increasingly important part of how agencies approach modernization, cybersecurity, data, and mission delivery. At the same time, agencies are navigating evolving cyber threats, increasingly complex technology environments, and growing expectations to modernize without compromising security or operational continuity.

In that environment, being a reliable technology partner means more than responding effectively when a requirement is issued. It means understanding where a mission is headed, identifying challenges early, and bringing practical solutions to the table before they become formal requirements. That philosophy has shaped how De Lune Corp approaches its work with the Federal Government.

The company brings together capabilities spanning cybersecurity, cloud modernization, AI/ML integration, data governance, digital infrastructure, and mission-critical IT services. Rather than treating these capabilities as standalone offerings, De Lune Corp uses them as the foundation for helping agencies address operational challenges, modernize securely, and translate emerging technologies into practical mission outcomes.

That approach has supported the company’s work with federal organizations ranging from the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) to the Internal Revenue Service – Criminal Investigation (IRS-CI), where De Lune Corp supports forensic analysis in financial crime investigations.

De Lune Corp has also continued to expand its technology capabilities through strategic collaboration. Its joint venture with RiVidium dba TripleCyber, the Cyber Intelligence Alliance (CIA), brings together De Lune Corp’s federal contracting and cybersecurity experience with advanced defense and intelligence capabilities. The joint venture enables the companies to provide integrated cybersecurity, digital forensics, and intelligence support to federal customers navigating increasingly complex security environments.

For De Lune Corp Founder and President Gaddafi Ismail, the recognition is ultimately a reflection of the people and partnerships behind the company’s growth. “Technology is changing rapidly, and so is what our federal clients need from their technology partners. We have always believed that our role is not simply to respond to what is asked of us, but to understand the mission well enough to anticipate where we can create value,” he said.

“Being recognized by the Washington Business Journal this year reflects the continued strength of our team, our partners, and the clients who trust us with important missions. We’re proud of what we have built, and even more focused on what we can build next.”

From its foundation as a small technology contractor to its continued growth across federal technology and mission-support markets, De Lune Corp remains focused on one objective: engineering performance through technology and delivering solutions that help its clients move forward.

The company’s 2026 recognition by the Washington Business Journal is another milestone in that journey and a reminder that staying relevant in a rapidly changing technology environment requires continual learning, collaboration, and the willingness to move before the market tells you to.
